We are headquartered in Ansonia, CT. where we operate a commissary kitchen and a fleet of food trucks, each with its own concept and ethnic flair. We also offer bar services. Our capabilities allow us to cater with or without food trucks. Events include sit down dinners, buffets, cocktail hour, backyard events, on/off premise and in remote areas.
