Our Bloom Kitchen & Co. menu is 100% plant-based. Everything cooked in our Bloom truck is solely plant-based and our menu consists of sliders, fry-baskets, Bloom bowls, and smoothies. 

Our Dori menu has a mix of all the Latin inspired foods you love! We have classic Puerto Rican rice and beans topped with pulled pork, chicken, braised beef; burritos; quesadillas; and much more! 

Our Sicilee menu consists of traditional deep dish Sicilian pan pizza. Give our custom Sicilian pizza dough recipe a try with traditional tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and your favorite toppings!

Nieves Hospitality Services offers a more traditional catering service than our other brands. Here we offer sit-down dinners, corporate lunches, grab-and-go box lunches, buffets, and pop-ups. Our menu ranges from delicious smoked turkey wraps to pan-seared salmon with fingerling potatoes and everything in between. 

Our vintage 1988 GMC truck has been converted into your mobile bar dreams! This truck is a fully equipped bar perfect to spice up your events with some classic cocktails, wines, beers, and so much more!
